Restarting your TCL K70 in Safe Mode puts it into a diagnostic state that only runs system apps so you can determine if a third-party app is causing freezing or slowness.

Before you begin

An alternate method is available if the device can be powered on and is responsive.

Steps

  1. Press and hold the
    Power button
     and
    Volume up button
     until options appear.
  2. Touch and hold
    Power off
     until the Safe mode prompt appears, then release.
  3. Tap
    Turn On Safe Mode
    .
  5. To exit Safe Mode, restart the device.
