Orbic JOY 2 - Turn Wi-Fi Calling On / Off

When turned on, Wi-Fi Calling may improve indoor call quality for your JOY 2.
  1. To use Wi-Fi Calling on your Orbic® JOY 2, ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected.
  2. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon.
  4. Navigate:
    Settings
    Calls
    .
  5. Tap
    Wi-Fi calling
    .
  6. Tap the
    Use Wi-Fi Calling switch
     to turn on or off.
    If prompted, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, enter a valid E911 address then tap
    Save
    .
  • To select your calling preference while traveling outside the Verizon wireless coverage area or internationally, ensure Wi-Fi calling is turned on, tap
    Roaming preference
     select 'Wi-Fi' or 'Mobile' then restart the device.
