The device ID (IMEI) is a unique identifier for your Galaxy S24 / S24+ / S24 Ultra. This info is essential when troubleshooting certain issues or activating a device on your account.

Before you begin

If you don't have your device to view the IMEI, you may be able to retrieve it from the My Verizon website.

Steps

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

About phone

Status information

Tap

IMEI information

then view the following:

IMEI (eSIM): Device ID active with an eSIM (embedded SIM).

IMEI (SIM card): Device ID active with a physical 5G SIM card inserted.

IMEI (Available): Device ID currently unassigned and can be used for eSIM or physical SIM card activation.
