Removing an eSIM on your KYOCERA smartphone can help with connection issues. Remember, you'll need to download a new one to reconnect to the Verizon network.

Before you begin

Currently, the DuraForce PRO 3 supports eSIM on the Verizon network.
Removing a cellular plan doesn't cancel your service. To cancel your service, contact your carrier.
In order to see the eSIM options, the device must be running the current software version.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    SIMs
    .
  3. Tap the eSIM you want to remove.
  4. Tap
    Erase SIM
    .
  5. Review the info then tap
    Erase
     to confirm.
    If the eSIM profile is removed from the device, you'll need to contact Verizon to have a new eSIM profile reserved.
Add eSIM Profile
Enable / Disable eSIM Profile
