TCL TAB Pro 5G - View / Manage Home Screen Panels

Here's how to view / add / remove panels and set a default Home screen panel for your TAB Pro 5G.
From a Home screen, swipe left or right to navigate to the extended Home screen panels.
Follow the steps below to add or remove panels or set a default panel.

Add Panels

Home screen panels are used to display and organize folders, shortcuts, and widgets.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access all apps.
  2. Touch and hold the desired app.
  3. Drag the icon to the right edge of the last Home screen.
  4. From the new panel, release the icon at the preferred location.

Remove Panels

  1. To remove Home screen panels, remove all items from the unwanted panel.

Set Default Panel

The default panel appears when the Home button is pressed.
  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold a blank area.
  2. Swipe to the preferred panel.
  3. Tap the
    Home icon
     (at the top).
    The Home icon is highlighted in blue when set as default
    Default Home panel icon and gray Non-default Home panel icon when not set as default.
