Here's how to extend battery life, view charging status / remaining battery and determine which apps use the most power on your TAB Pro 5G.

View Battery Life

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Smart Manager

Battery

Tap

Click to view power consumption details

Battery life is measured by standby time, talk time and data usage.

Review the usage graph.

The graph displays the time since the device was last charged to 100%.

To improve battery life, you can:

Stop running apps that are not being used.

Disable apps that are consuming too much battery or RAM and not being used.

Contact the app developer if an app appears to cause excessive battery drain.

Adjust brightness to the lowest setting.

Turn GPS off when not in use.

If turned off, certain apps or services may not work properly.

Turn Wi-Fi off when not in use.

If turned off, certain apps or services may not work properly.

Remove widgets that automatically update.
