Here's how to turn Mobile Hotspot for your moto g7 play on or off.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & Internet
    Advanced
    Mobile Hotspot & Tethering
    .
  3. Tap
    Mobile Hotspot
    .
  4. Tap the
    Mobile Hotspot switch
     to turn on or off.
    When turned on, other Wi-Fi services are turned off.
  5. If presented with 'Mobile Hotspot shares your data...' screen, review the info then tap
    OK
