Create a Profile

Creating a Verizon Cloud profile on your Android™ device allows you to subscribe to Cloud for Life before moving your phone number to another service provider.

Before you begin

If a profile has already been created, it can no longer be edited and must be deleted by Cloud technical support in order to enter different info. This does not delete any stored content.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Gear icon
     then tap
    Register my Verizon Cloud account
    .
  3. Enter an email address then tap
    Continue
    .
  4. Enter the PIN provided in the verification email then tap
    Continue
    .
  5. Enter a User ID and Greeting Name.
  6. Enter and confirm the password then tap
    Done
    .
  7. Tap
    OK
    .
