Add / Remove Allowed NumbersDon't let your spam filter block calls you actually want. Follow these quick steps to manage and approve allowed numbers in Call Filter.
Before you begin
Before completing the steps below, you must enable Call Blocking and Identification.
Add Number to the Allowed List
- Open theVerizon Protect app.
- Navigate: .
- TapAdd new.
- Enter a name and number then tapAllow number.You can also report the number as 'Not spam' by checking the box (optional).
Remove Number from the Allowed List
- Open theVerizon Protect app.
- Navigate: .
- TapAllowed.
- Tap a number from the 'Allowed numbers' list then tapUnallow.
- Review the change then tapConfirm.
