Take control of the ringtone on your Apple® iPhone® by enabling Call Blocking & Identification via Verizon Protect. Quickly filter out spam calls so you only answer the calls that actually matter.

Before you begin

To enable Caller ID & Block, the Verizon Protect switch must be turned on.
If the Silence Unknown Callers or Silence Junk Callers feature is turned on, calls from unknown numbers are automatically sent to Voicemail regardless of Call Filter settings.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    Phone
    Call Blocking & Identification
  3. Tap the
    Verizon Protect switch
     to turn on.
