Verizon Cloud - Windows Desktop App - View / Upgrade Online Storage

Here's how to view or change your Verizon Cloud storage options from the desktop app for Windows.
  1. While signed into the Verizon Cloud desktop app, click the
    Cloud icon
     Cloud icon in the system tray (lower-right).
  2. Navigate:
    Menu Menu icon
    Settings
    .
  3. Click
    Settings
    .
  4. Click
    My Devices
    .
  5. View the breakdown of each device with total space used and free (at the top).
    Click
    Show files
     to view details.
  6. To change your Cloud storage plan:
    1. From the toolbar, navigate:
      Menu Menu icon
      Settings
      .
    2. Click
      My Account
      .
    3. Click
      Change plan
      .
    4. Click 'Upgrade' or 'Sign up' below the desired storage size option.
      If eligible for a free 30-day trial, click
      Try plan
       (plan auto-renews after 30 days).
      To downgrade, select a plan with less Cloud storage than your current plan. All plans allow you to manage files on your computer, but not all allow you to upload files from your computer to Cloud.
