Verizon Cloud - Apple - View Storage Meter / Upgrade Memory

Here's how to check your Verizon Cloud storage space on your Apple® iPhone® or iPad®.
  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Settings icon
     Settings icon then
  3. Do any of the following:
    • View Cloud Storage or Change Storage Plan:
      1. Tap
        Storage & plans
        .
      2. View the storage meter.
      3. Tap
        Select plan
         below the desired plan then tap
        Change Plan
        .
      4. Tap
        OK
        .
    • Delete Backed Up Items from Device Storage:
      1. Tap
        Free Up Space
        .
      2. Do one of the following:
        • To delete all the synced files, tap
          Free Up Space
          .
        • To select files individually:
          1. Tap
            Select individual files
            .
          2. Select desired files then tap
            Delete
            .
          3. Select desired files then tap
            Free Up Space
            .
          4. Tap
            Delete
             to confirm.
