The built-in email app on your Apple® iPad® allows you to check and respond to messages without having to download third-party apps to connect your email account.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Mail app
    .
  2. Select the desired account (e.g., All Inboxes, Gmail, etc).
  3. If necessary, tap the
    Sidebar icon
     to access the Mailboxes screen.
  4. Tap the email message you want to view.
  5. Tap the
    Reply icon
  6. Edit the subject, enter a message then tap the
    Send icon
