Adjust Brightness / Display Settings

By adjusting screen settings (e.g., Font size and style, Screen timeout, Screen zoom, etc.) on your Galaxy S26 FE, you can reduce eye strain, improve visibility and extend battery life.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Display
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To adjust brightness:
      1. Adjust the
        Brightness slider
         as desired.
      2. Tap
        Adaptive brightness
         to turn on or off.
    • To adjust screen zoom:
      1. Tap
        Screen zoom
        .
      2. Drag the
        Screen zoom slider
         to the preferred option.
      3. Tap the
        Back arrow
        .
    • To adjust screen timeout:
      1. Tap
        Screen timeout
         then select an option (e.g., 30 seconds, 2 minutes, etc.).
      2. Tap the
        Back arrow
        .
    • To adjust display / font settings:
      1. Tap
        Font size and style
        .
      2. Drag the
        Font size slider
         left or right to adjust the font size.
      3. Tap the
        Bold font switch
         to turn on or off.
      4. Tap
        Font style
         then select an option (e.g. Default, SamsungOne, etc.).
      5. Tap the
        Back arrow
        .
    • To adjust the screen saver:
      1. Tap
        Screen saver
         then select an option (e.g., Colors, Photo Table, etc.).
      2. Tap the
        Back arrow
