Configure SMS Outbound Dial Notifications

Setting up outbound dial notifications on your One Talk T77LTE smart desk phone allows you to receive a text message notification if the phone calls certain numbers.

Before you begin

This feature is only supported on T77LTE desk phones running firmware version 189.87.21.23 or later.
When a T77LTE desk phone is configured with outbound dial notifications and calls one of the numbers you've defined as a trigger number, a text message is automatically sent to the numbers you assigned as recipient numbers.
Trigger and Recipient numbers can only be domestic 10-digit numbers.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, navigate:
    Features
    SMS
    .
  2. Tap
    SMS Enable
     and
    SMS Notification
     to turn on.
  3. Tap
    Trigger Number List
    .
  4. Enter at least one trigger number then tap
    Save
    .
  5. Tap
    Recipient Number List
    .
  6. Enter at least one recipient number and the content that will be sent via outbound message then tap
    Save
    .
