Move Files from Internal Storage to SD / Memory Card

Moving files to an SD card frees up storage space and helps your motorola edge - 2026 run more efficiently.

Before you begin

Ensure an SD / memory card is inserted in your motorola edge - 2026.

Navigate:

Files

Internal storage

Navigate to the directory or folder that contacts the file(s).

Press and hold the desired file until it's highlighted. Select any additional files to move.

Tap the

3-dot Menu

in the top right corner.

Tap

Move to

then select

SD Card

If necessary, navigate to the directory you want to move the files to.
