Add a Personal / Corporate Email Account

Follow these instructions to configure IMAP, POP3 or Exchange® account settings for an email address on your motorola edge - 2026 that's not serviced by Gmail®.

Before you begin

If you need assistance setting up a corporate email account, contact your Exchange / IT admin.

Add a Personal Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Passwords, passkeys & accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Tap
    Personal (IMAP)
     or
    Personal (POP3)
    .
  4. Enter the Email address then tap
    Next
    .
  5. Enter the Password then tap
    Sign in
    .
  6. Configure the account options as applicable then tap
    Next
    .
  7. Enter an account name if desired then tap
    Next
    .

Add a Corporate Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Passwords, passkeys & accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Tap
    Exchange
     (for corporate email accounts).
  4. Enter the Email address then tap
    Next
    .
  5. Enter your password then tap
    Sign in
    .
  6. If setup is unsuccessful, tap
    Set up manually
     then select the applicable options.
