Before you begin
National alerts can't be turned off.
Steps
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- Tap theAllow alertsto turn on or off.
- With the 'Allow alerts' switch turned on, tap any of the following to turn on or off.
- Extreme alerts
- Severe alerts
- AMBER alerts
- Public safety messages
- State and local test
- Vibration
- Spanish
- TapAlert reminderthen select an option (e.g., Once, Every 2 minutes, etc.).
