Steps

  1. Open the

  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    See all apps
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To reset an app:
      1. Locate then select an app.
      2. Tap
        Force stop
        .
      3. Tap
        OK
        .
      4. Tap
        Storage & cache
        .
      5. Tap
        Clear storage
        .
      6. Tap
        Delete
        .
    • To reset all app preferences:
      1. Tap the
        3-dot Menu
        .
      2. Tap
        Reset app preferences
        .
      3. Tap
        Reset apps
        .
