Before you begin

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Security & privacy
    Device unlock
    .
  3. Tap the
    Gear icon
     next to the screen lock setting to set up options then tap any of the following switches to turn on or off:
    • Make pattern visible
    • Lock after screen timeout
    • Power button instantly locks
