If your TCL K70 drops calls due to being near a network border, locking onto a specific network can help; however, roaming charges may apply.

Before you begin

This setting is turned on by default and should only be turned off if needed, as doing so may impact your service.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Network & internet
    .
  3. Tap the SIM name (Verizon 1, SIM 2, etc.).
  4. Tap
    Network mode
    .
  5. Tap
    Choose automatically
     to turn on or off.
    If the 'Choose automatically' setting is turned off, follow the onscreen prompts to manually select a carrier.
