Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Do any of the following:
    • To clear individual app cache:
      1. Navigate:
        Apps
        See all apps
        .
      2. Locate then select an app.
      3. Tap
        Storage & cache
        .
      4. Tap
        Clear cache
        .
    • To clear all cached data:
      1. Navigate:
        Storage
        Free up space
        .
      2. From the Junk files section, tap
        Clean
         then tap
        Clear
        .
