Before you begin
Ensure a secure screen lock (e.g., pattern, PIN, etc.) is set up.
Steps
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- Enter the current pattern, PIN or password.
- TapFace Unlockthen do one of the following:
- For first-time setup:
- TapSet uptwice.
- Tap any of the switches to turn on or off (e.g., Skip lock screen, Lift to unlock switch, etc.).
- TapNext.
- Align your face within the circle and follow onscreen prompts until the process is complete.
- TapDone.
- To remove face data:
- TapDelete face data.
- To confirm, tapDelete.
