 Add a Personal / Corporate Email Account

Follow these instructions to configure IMAP, POP3, or Exchange® account settings for an email address on your Galaxy S26 / S26+ / S26 Ultra that is not serviced by Gmail.

Before you begin

If you need assistance setting up a corporate email account, contact your Exchange / IT admin.

Add a Personal Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Tap the applicable email option (e.g., Google, Microsoft account, etc.).
    Check with your email provider or Exchange / IT admin to determine which account type to use.
  4. Enter your email address then tap
    Next
    .
  5. Enter the password then tap
    Next
    .
  6. Select the desired Account settings (e.g., Sync frequency, Notifications, etc.) then tap
    Next
    .
  7. Enter an account name if desired then tap
    Next
    .

Add a Corporate Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Tap the applicable email option (e.g., Google, Microsoft account, etc.).
    Check with your email provider or Exchange / IT admin to determine which account type to use.
  4. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap
    Next
    .
  5. If setup is unsuccessful, tap
    Set up manually
     and engage your Exchange / IT admin for support.
