Reset your One Talk T42U IP desk phone to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Steps

From the idle screen, navigate:

Settings

Advanced

Enter the Admin password using the keypad then press

Default password: @N3ta!k2@2*

Select

Reset Configuration

Select

Reset to factory settings

Select

Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.

The process may take up to 15 minutes.

From the 911 notification screen, press
