Place a Conference Call

The conference call function on your One Talk T42U IP desk phone lets you talk with multiple people simultaneously so up to 6 parties can participate in the same conversation.

Before you begin

Each additional call must be initiated by the person who placed the first call.

Steps

  1. During an active call on Line 1, press the
    Line 2 key
    .
  2. Enter the 10-digit number then press
    Send
    .
  3. When the call connects on Line 2, press
    More
     then press
    Conference
    .
    Repeat steps 1-3 to add additional calls (up to 6 total).
