Factory Reset

Reset your One Talk T67LTE 4G LTE desk phone to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, swipe left to go to the second idle screen then tap
    Settings
    .
  2. In the Advanced Settings section, enter the admin password.
    Default password: @N3ta!k2@2*
  3. Tap
    Reset Config
    .
  4. Select
    Reset to Factory Settings
    Reset
    .
  5. Select
    OK
     to confirm.
  6. Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.
    The process may take up to 15 minutes.
  7. From the 911 notification screen, select
    OK
    .
