    • To reset an individual app:
      1. Tap the applicable app.
        If troubleshooting for Voicemail, open the
        Phone app
         then follow the steps below. Once reset, you must activate Voicemail.
      2. Tap
        Force stop
        .
      3. Tap
        OK
        .
      4. Tap
        Storage & cache
        .
      5. Tap
        Clear storage
        .
      6. Tap
        Delete
        .
    • To reset all app preferences:
      1. Tap the
        3-dot Menu icon
        .
      2. Tap
        Reset app preferences
        .
      3. Tap
        Reset apps
