Place a Conference Call

The conference call function on your One Talk T74LTE smart desk phone lets you talk with multiple people at the same time so up to 6 parties can participate in the same conversation.

Before you begin

Each additional call must be initiated by the person who placed the first call.

Steps

  1. During an active call on Line 1, select
    Conference
    .
  2. Enter the next party's 10-digit number, or select it from the call list or Directory.
  3. When the dialed party answers the call, select
    Conference
     to add that call to the conference.
    Repeat steps 1-3 to add additional calls (up to 6 total).
