Factory Reset

Reset your One Talk T74LTE smart desk phone to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, navigate:
    Menu
    Advanced
    .
  2. Enter the Admin password.
    Default password: @N3ta!k2@2*
  3. Select
    Reset Config
    .
  4. Select
    Reset to Factory Settings
     then select
    OK
     to confirm.
  5. Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.
    The process may take several minutes. Do not power off until the phone has restarted successfully.
  6. From the 911 notification screen, select
    Exit
    .
