Knowing the software version your LINKZONE GO 5G is running helps you check for updates, troubleshoot issues and ensure compatibility with apps.

Before you begin

Check the Software Updates page for the most recent software version then verify it's installed on your device.

Steps

  1. Do either of the following:
    • To view the software version via your device:
      1. From the Home screen, press the
        Navigation button
         to scroll to the About screen.
      2. View the SW Version.
    • To view the software version via the Admin Web Interface:
      2. From the About section, click the
        Navigation arrow
        .
      3. From the left pane, click
        About
         then click
        Device Information
        .
      4. View the Software Version.
