The device ID (IMEI) is a unique identifier for your LINKZONE GO 5G. This info is essential when troubleshooting certain issues or activating a device on your account.

Steps

  1. Do either of the following to view the Device ID:
    • To view via the device:
      1. From the Home screen, press the
        Navigation button
         to scroll to the About screen.
      2. View the IMEI.
    • To view via the Admin Web Interface:

        Navigation arrow

      3. From the left pane, click
        About
         then click
        Device Information
        .
      4. View the IMEI.
