 Add / Remove Passkey

Manage your passkeys through the My Verizon website to ensure the quickest sign-in experience on your trusted devices. Add a passkey for secure access or remove them to clean up unused credentials.

Before you begin

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. Navigate:
    Account
    Account Settings
    Security settings
    .
  3. Select
    Passkey settings
     then do any of the following:
    • To add a passkey:
      1. Select
        Add passkey
         or
        Add another passkey
        .
      2. Follow the onscreen steps to save a passkey based on your preferred location.
    • To remove a passkey:
      1. Select
        Remove
         next to the passkey.
      2. Review the message then select
        Remove
         to confirm.
      3. Remove the passkey from your device to complete the process. For help, refer to your device's documentation below:
