Adjust Account Sync Settings

Adjusting the sync settings on your Pixel 10 Pro Fold helps manage app updates, improve performance, conserve battery and control data usage.

Before you begin

Turning off auto sync stops accounts from automatically refreshing your data and delivering notifications.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Tap the
    Automatically sync app data switch
     to turn on or off.
  4. Tap the applicable account.
  5. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  6. Tap the switch for individual items (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Email, etc.) to turn on or off.
    To perform a manual sync, tap the
    3-dot Menu
     then tap
    Sync now
    .
