Resetting network settings on your motorola edge can help fix problems with connecting to a Wi-Fi network or mobile data or pairing a Bluetooth® device.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Reset options
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To clear mobile network settings and restore to default values:
      1. Tap
        Reset Mobile Network Settings
        .
      2. If applicable, select a SIM (e.g., Verizon 1234, etc.).
      3. Tap
        Reset settings
        .
      4. To confirm, tap
        Reset settings
        .
    • To clear Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth settings (including saved networks and passwords) and restore to default values:
      1. Tap
        Reset Bluetooth & Wi-Fi
        .
      2. Tap
        Reset
        .
