Certain pre-installed apps on your motorola edge can't be removed. Disabling them can free up space and declutter your device, while enabling them returns functionality.

Before you begin

Disabling an app may cause related apps to malfunction.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Tap
    See all apps
    .
  4. If necessary, tap the
    Dropdown arrow icon
     then tap
    All apps
    .
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To disable apps:
      1. Tap the app you want to disable.
      2. Tap
        Disable
         then tap
        Disable app
         to confirm.
        If the Disable option isn't available, tap
        Force stop
         then tap
        OK
        .
    • To enable apps:
      1. Tap the app you want to enable.
      2. Tap
        Enable
        .
