Factory Reset

Reset your One Talk T77LTE smart desk phone to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, swipe left to go to the right idle screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
    System
    .
  3. Enter the Admin password.
    Default password: @N3ta!k2@2*
  4. Select
    Reset to Factory Settings
     then select
    Reset
     to confirm.
  5. Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.
    The process may take up to 20 minutes.
  6. From the 911 notification screen, select
    Exit
    .
