Insert or Remove SD / Memory Card

If your TCL K33 5G is low on storage, use an SD card for extra space. Follow these steps to insert or remove it without losing data.

Steps

  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. From the left side of the device (display facing up), use the insertion / removal tool or a paperclip to unlock and remove the tray.
    Remove tray
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Insert / SD memory card: Place the SD / memory card in the card tray with the gold contacts facing down.
      Insert SD card
    • Remove / SD memory card: Once the card tray is removed, lift then remove the SD / memory card.
      Remove SD card
  4. Push the card tray back into the device.
