Blocking certain numbers on your TCL K33 5G stops unwanted calls and messages. If you can't receive calls or messages from specific numbers, verify they're not blocked.

Before you begin

Calls and messages from contacts or phone numbers added to the blocked list are automatically ignored and the call is forwarded to Voicemail. The call is forwarded to Voicemail and text / picture messages aren't delivered to the Messages app.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Settings
    Blocked numbers
    .
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Add Block
      1. Tap
        Add a number
        .
      2. Enter the phone number then tap
        Block
        .
    • Remove Block
      1. Tap the
        X icon
         to the right of the desired contact.
      2. Tap
        Unblock
        .
