Unused apps take up storage space and slow down your TCL 50 XL NXTPAPER 5G. Uninstalling apps you don't need can improve performance and reduce clutter.

Before you begin

Some apps that can't be uninstalled can be disabled; however, disabling apps may cause related apps to malfunction.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    View all apps
    .
  3. Tap an app then do one of the following:
    • To uninstall the app:
      1. Tap
        Uninstall
        .
      2. Review the notification then tap
        OK
         to confirm.
    • To uninstall app updates:
      1. Tap the
        3-dot Menu icon
        .
      2. Tap
        Uninstall updates
        .
      3. Review the notification then tap
        OK
         to confirm.
