If your TCL 50 XL NXTPAPER 5G is low on storage, use an SD card for extra space. Follow these steps to insert or remove it without losing data.

Before you begin

Don't attempt to insert / remove the SD card while your TCL 50 XL NXTPAPER 5G is powered on. Doing so may harm the SIM card and/or the device.

Steps

  1. From the left side of the device (display facing up), remove the card tray.
    Remove tray
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Insert / SD memory card
      Insert SD card
    • Remove / SD memory card
      Once the card tray is removed, lift and remove the SD / memory card.
      Remove SD card
