Certain pre-installed apps on your moto g - 2025 can't be removed. Disabling them can free up space and declutter your device, while enabling them returns functionality.

Disabling an app may cause related apps to function improperly.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    See all apps
    .
  3. If necessary, tap the
    dropdown menu icon
     then tap
    All apps
    .
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To disable apps:
      1. Tap the applicable app.
      2. Tap
        Disable
         then tap
        Disable app
         to confirm.
        If the Disable option isn't available, tap
        Force stop
         then tap
        OK
        .
    • To enable apps:
      1. Tap the applicable app.
      2. Tap
        Enable
        .
