Before you begin

Performing a factory reset deletes personal data (e.g., audio, navigation, phone, etc.) and restores the head unit to default settings.

Steps

  1. From the vehicle's head unit, select

  4. Scroll to then select
    Factory Settings

  5. Select
    Reset all settings and data
    .
  6. From the 'Are you sure you want to reset the settings for All settings?' prompt, select
