Orbic JOY 2 - Uninstall Apps

Here's how to remove or delete apps if your JOY 2 is unresponsive, freezes or an app won't open.
  • Apps included with the Android™ operating system may not have an uninstall option.
    Some apps that can't be uninstalled can be disabled; however, disabling apps may cause related apps to malfunction.
  • If uninstalling an app update, ensure auto-update is disabled for the specified app until the issue is resolved with the developer.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your Orbic® JOY 2.
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    See all apps
    .
  3. Tap an app then do one of the following:
    • To uninstall the app:
      1. Tap
        Uninstall
        .
      2. Review the notification then tap
        OK
         to confirm.
    • To uninstall app updates:
      1. Tap the
        Menu icon
         Menu icon.
      2. Tap
        Uninstall updates
        .
        This option is only available when an update has been installed.
      3. Review the notification then tap
        OK
         to confirm.
