Steps

  1. From the watch screen, open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    App list
    .
  3. Locate then select the applicable app.
  4. Tap
    Force stop
    .
  5. Review the message then tap the
    Checkmark icon
     to confirm.
