Orbic JOY 2 - Manage Hotspot Settings

Here's how to configure the hotspot settings (e.g., password, network name, timeout settings, etc.) on your JOY 2.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your Orbic® JOY 2.
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    Hotspot & tethering
    Mobile hotspot
    .
  3. Tap any of the following to configure:
    • Hotspot name
    • Security (e.g., Open, WPA2-Personal, etc.)
    • Hotspot password
      The new password must be entered on the connecting device.
      1. Tap the Hotspot password field to remove the existing password.
      2. Enter the preferred password then tap
        OK
        .
    • AP Band (e.g., 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz)
  4. Tap
    Keep Mobile Hotspot on
     then select the preferred option (e.g., Always, Turn off when idle for 5 min, etc.)
