Here's how to erase all data on the SD / memory card in your JOY 2.
This procedure erases all data on the SD / memory card that's inserted in your device.
  1. Ensure your Orbic® JOY 2 isn't connected to a computer via the USB cable.
  2. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  3. Tap
    Storage
    .
  4. Tap the
    dropdown menu
     dropdown menuthen select the name of the SD / memory card.
    The name varies depending on the type of card used.
  5. Tap the
    Menu icon
     3-dot Menu icon then tap
    Format
    .
  6. Review the info about portable storage the tap
    Format
    .
  7. Review the disclaimer, tap
    Format
     then allow several seconds for the process to complete.
