Here's how to manage volume controls if your JOY 2 doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving calls, texts or emails.

Open the

Settings app

on your Orbic® JOY 2.

Tap

Sound & vibration

Adjust any of the following by moving the slider left or right:

Media volume

Call volume

Ring & notification volume

Alarm volume
