Replace Existing DeviceFollow these steps to activate your Pixel Watch 3 if you've recently replaced your watch or have reset the network settings.
Before you begin
The steps below only apply when a watch has been replaced. If you're pairing an existing watch with a new Android™ smartphone refer to Switched Paired Phone.
The Pixel Watch 3 can be set up via Number Share. To set up with Number Share, the companion smartphone must be activated on the same Verizon account as the watch.
Before completing the steps below, verify:
- your Android™ smartphone has a cellular or Wi-Fi connection.
- you're in a Verizon coverage area.
- the Pixel Watch 3 is charged and powered on.
Steps
- On your smartphone, tap theGoogle Pixel Watch app.
- TapSystem.
- TapReset and unpair watch.
- If desired, tap theErase downloaded SIM switchthen tapReset.
- Open theGoogle Pixel Watch appthen follow the onscreen prompts to complete activation.
