Add / Remove a Wi-Fi Connection

Connect your Pixel Watch 3 to a visible or hidden Wi-Fi network or remove a saved one. This can help with troubleshooting or make it easier to connect to networks you use.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
  2. Navigate:
    Connectivity
    Wi-Fi
    .
  3. Ensure Wi-Fi switch is turned on then do one of the following:
    • Connect to an Available Wi-Fi Network
      1. Tap the preferred available Wi-Fi connection.
      2. To enter a password, tap 'Enter on phone' or 'Enter on watch'.
      3. Do one of the following:
        • From your smartphone, enter the password then tap
          CONNECT
          .
        • From your smartwatch, enter the password then tap the
          Checkmark icon
          .
    • Manually Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
      1. Tap
        Add network
        .
      2. Tap
        Add hidden network
        .
      3. Tap
        Open on phone
        .
      4. From the paired smartphone, enter the following then tap
        Connect
        :
        • Network name
        • Security
        • Password
    • Remove a Wi-Fi Connection
      1. Tap the preferred  Wi-Fi connection.
      2. Tap
        Forget
        .
      3. Tap the
        Checkmark icon
         to confirm.
